The UL Sport Arena is offering a new class this Summer aimed at teenagers. The class will be called Next Level Athletic Development and the aim is in the title! We want to help your young people to get stronger, fitter and faster over the Summer months. There will be three classes per week with one focusing on Olympic Lifting technique (speed and power), one focusing on weight training (strength) and one focusing on conditioning (fitness).
