Next Level Athletic Development

The UL Sport Arena is offering a new class this Summer aimed at teenagers. The class will be called Next Level Athletic Development and the aim is in the title! We want to help your young people to get stronger, fitter and faster over the Summer months. There will be three classes per week with one focusing on Olympic Lifting technique (speed and power), one focusing on weight training (strength) and one focusing on conditioning (fitness).

Summer Opening Hours Commence May 31st
Please note that the UL Sport Arena will operate it's summer opening hours from Saturday May 31st through to Sunday August 31st. This means that the facilities will be open from 10:00 - 18:00 on both Saturday & Sunday, which means an earlier close on the Saturday. Thank you for your Co-operation....

Attack Your Summer Fitness
The Attack Summer Challenge will commence on Monday 19th May and run until Friday 20th June. What do you have to do ?
