We LOVE all sorts of Group Fitness at UL Sport Arena and we hope you will also love our ever – extending programme of varied fitness classes. We understand that everyone has different goals and this is where our variety comes into play. With over seventy weekly classes across the fitness studio , sports hall, indoor running tracks, and the swimming pool, we pride ourselves on innovation and constantly adding to our programme. Why not try some of our classes .. If you don’t like working out on your own or you are worried about taking the first step , join a class environment !!!
