This includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1242\" data-end=\"1407\">\n<li>An introduction to the facilities<\/li>\n<li>A baseline health and fitness assessment<\/li>\n<li>An opportunity to meet the UL MedEx team<\/li>\n<li>Time to ask questions about the programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participants are encouraged to attend classes for an initial <strong>12 weeks<\/strong>. An optional follow-up assessment is available after 12 weeks to help participants see their progress.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the 12 weeks, participants will be provided with options to continue exercising with UL MedEx. Please note that ongoing classes may take place on different days or at different times.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the classes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"2124\">\n<li><strong>When:<\/strong> Monday and Wednesday mornings<\/li>\n<li><strong>Where:<\/strong> Upstairs jogging track in UL Sport Arena<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 60 minutes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost:<\/strong> \u20ac6 per class<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parking:<\/strong> Complimentary parking is available for 90 minutes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Format:<\/strong> Supervised, circuit-based exercise<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> No previous gym experience is needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The exercises can be adapted to suit individual abilities. Classes focus on improving mobility, strength, fitness and confidence.
