Comprehensive fitness programmes can be developed regardless of your current level of fitness, or your goals. Our professional staff can advise you on issues ranging from nutrition and weight loss to sport psychology. We pride ourselves on catering for all client bases; from beginners seeking weight loss to elite athletes. We also cater for users with disability with some dual purpose machines. Our staff is friendly and helpful and will do their best to answer any question. It is our policy to encourage regular feedback from our clients so that the Gym can progress even further along the road to becoming the number one fitness centre in the country. Equipment is updated annually and new and innovative pieces are always being added.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a05,500 square foot space has two primary components: cardiovascular training and resistance training. The cardiovascular section comprises of<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><ul>\n<li>Treadmills<\/li>\n<li>Steppers<\/li>\n<li>Bikes (Upright &amp; Recumbrant) Incl. Watt Bikes<\/li>\n<li>Rowing Ergometers<\/li>\n<li>Arc trainers<\/li>\n<li>Cross trainers<\/li>\n<li class=\"last-child\">A\u00a0versa climber<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The resistance training area has over\u00a0thirty five\u00a0stations that include free weights equipment, and selectable weight machines. These selectable weight machines are perfect for the beginning or intermediate exerciser who wishes to tone up or increase strength. In our free weight area we provides almost 700kg of weight plates and dumbbells ranging from 1.25kg to 60kg.<\/p>\n<p>Equipment is updated annually and new and innovative pieces are always being added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"last-child\">If you try out the gym as a casual user for a few sessions you will realise how great it is to be a member of this wonderful facility and you will be rushing to sign up for membership.
