Taster Sessions

Our one-hour taster session includes all your equipment and an instructor. The session will be an introduction into indoor rock climbing. Your Instructor will set out a fun programme and teach you the ropes!

Courses

Boulder Induction

Our induction session is designed to get you off to the best possible start in bouldering. Our instructors will explain the safety considerations and best practice in order to avoid injuries when climbing. We will teach you some fundamental climbing skills to get you started.

The induction also includes shoes and a day pass. Once you have a grasp of the fundamentals, you can stay as long as you want.

Advised minimum age of 12. Children 13 and under require adult supervision at all times in the bouldering wall.

Rope Induction

This course is suitable for those who have completed our bouldering induction and wish to gain the skills to safely use our top ropes. Our instructor will teach you the fundamental skills, such as safe climbing etiquette putting on a harness, safely tying in, as well as correct belaying technique.

These courses run on Tuesday 17:00 – 19:00 and Friday 18:00 – 20:00. Groups of two or more may book outside of these times over the phone at 061237671 or in person.
