UL Sport online booking service is now available to all
To avail of these services you first have to activate your UL Sport online account (Sports Centre members) or register (non-members) with the following step by step guide:
Members: How to access your UL Sport online account
Step 1: Please visit the Activation Page .
Step 2: Select ‘Yes’ to I have a member ID and Password. Then click ‘forgotten password’ if you have your member ID or ‘Forgotten your Member ID’
Step 3: If you have forgotten your member ID you will be requested to enter your name and email address, enter the Captcha and select send member ID. You will receive your ID by email.

Step 4: If you have forgotten your password, Select ‘Yes’ to I have a member ID and Password. Then click ‘forgotten password’. Enter your Member ID and the captcha and click request password.
Step 5: You should receive an email, including your personal Member ID and a link to change (set) your password for the first time, click on this link.
Step 6: Enter your Member ID followed by your password selecting ‘Save’.
*Your password must be at least 8 characters long and within those first 8 characters you need to include at least one Upper case and one Lower case character, one special character and one number.
Step 7: Visit the UL Sport application or UL Sport Connect Bookings page and log in with email address and new password when prompted.
Non-Members: How to access your UL Sport online account
If you are under the category of a member of the public who has never had a membership at UL Sport, you can register in order to: Purchase a membership subscription and or book services including exercise classes.
Step 1: Please visit the Join At Home page to register.
Step 2: Select ‘no’ to the email address and password question.
Step 3: Populate basic details section, enter the Captcha correctly and select ‘Next’. At this point you must decide if you are:
A: Registering to book services at the non-member rate.
B: Buying a membership subscription.
If you choose A:
Go to Step 4
Step 4: Select ‘Pay as you go’ and click next.
Step 5: Populate all relevant fields with your up to date information and proceed.
Members and pay as you go customers can book the following via our UL Sport App or if you do not want to download the app you can book via your desktop.
If there is a facility / activity that you cannot book online please complete our enquiry form and a member of our team will contact you.

Yes, all should register. Once registered you will have your own personal account with us, allowing you to book services as a member or non-member, and purchase a new/renewed membership.

Unfortunately this option is not available online. However, if the request is in line with our booking conditions please talk to a receptionist in the Sports Centre to progress.
