LIVE AND VIRTUAL CLASSES
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout using light to moderate weights and high reps to get you lean and toned. You`ll work all your major muscles as you build strength and burn calories, getting fitter, faster.
RPM™ is a cardio peak cycle workout that burns calories and improves cardio fitness. Find your rhythm in the music, set your own resistance level and hit an endorphin high.
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy, athletic workout focused on cardio fitness, muscle endurance and agility. It combines sports-inspired training like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises.
Spinning® classes offer a variety of rides, movements, coaching and motivation that keep riders safe, excited and engaged.
Total Body Workout is an energetic step workout with a friendly atmosphere, pumping tunes and cardio choreographed sections, with or without hand weights, finished off with a core section.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. Classes are subject to numbers to go ahead.
Yoga Flow (Vinyasa Yoga)
Flow Yoga can be defined as a yoga class that incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (Yoga postures), where we flow from one movement to the next. It is rooted in Vinyasa style yoga, where movement through each postures is matched with the breath, creating an even greater sense of flow, strength and tension release. Each class brings creative sequencing and a dynamic flow of movements that are personalised to offer variations for each individual’s body. Classes include breathwork, deep stretching, balances, core strengthening, floor work and guided relaxation to release layers of tension and tightness.
Yoga Flow is a mixed level class, meaning whether you are a beginner or more experienced you will find your flow within the class. Props are sometimes used to support poses and give feedback to help increase understanding of a pose.
An intentionally slower style of yoga. Slow flow will help build strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and focus. In this class mindful movement is the key. We move in harmony with the breath to release tension and enhance the mind body connection.
These accessible classes are an ideal choice for anyone new to Yoga. Also great for anyone looking to slow down and develop their practice. The slower paced classes allow time to modify each posture to best suit your body.
Yoga for Sports (Block Booking only)
These classes explore the needs of athletes/sports persons who want to enhance and complement their performance through yoga. Classes focus on mobility, flexibility, balance and strength which are central to injury prevention, improving form and developing stamina and endurance. Like all classes, breathwork plays a huge role in helping with mental focus and relaxation, as well as improving breathing technique.
These classes are mixed level and accessible to all. Yoga for Sports is aimed at all sports persons and will reference a broad range of muscle groups and a broader anatomical focus. Watch out for classes aimed at runners, golfers, swimmers and many other sports.
Chair Yoga invites you to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also really supportive and beneficial. A perfect class for those with limited mobility/newer to exercise, also those recovering from injury, illness or find it difficult to get up and down from the floor. Chair Yoga allows you to modify your yoga practice based on your health, your mobility, and your current ability level.
Also a great session for any students who enjoy mindful movement and are looking for a new style of yoga to try.
Chair Yoga includes seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support. Classic yoga movement and breathing exercises are included along with time for deep relaxation.
No experience is needed and all ages are welcome to try this interesting and varied class.
Pilates is a physical conditioning class involving low impact exercises and stretches.
Fit For Life: A low impact conditioning class, ideal for those who prefer less impact and intensity, but would still like a workout which tones and strengthens. A very friendly non intimidating class environment, with sections to target upper, lower and mid body.
Boot Camp combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training. Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals of free weights, plyometric, cardio training, balance work, boxing, Kettlebell and battle ropes exercises.

Why not join our experienced running coaches in one of our Couch to 5km programs or 5km to 10km programs. These sessions will motivate you and assist in taking your running to a new level in a fun and focused environment. All levels catered for from beginner to ultra marathon.
