TIMETABLE

We are delighted to tell you that we have introduced virtual classes to our programme.  It was opened on  Sept 5th 2022. We will have 100 classes a week between Virtual & Live classes on offer. We have a massive suite of Les Mills Virtual classes which you will not find within 100Km of Limerick. A virtual class is a class lead by the Instructor on the screen but takes place in a group setting in the studio and is suitable with instruction for all levels. The Virtual class will take place in the newly refurbished Fitness Studio. Try this & you wont be disappointed.
