Would you like to bring a group to the Health and Performance Centre to gain the benefits of exercise? Group bookings cater for a max number of 15 per group. A session with an instructor will include demonstrations of appropriate exercise techniques, enabling you to maximise your workout experience. Times available during off peak hours.
