This is a Four Week Course in Strength Training suitable for all levels from Beginners to Advanced. Beginners are always welcome! It takes place throughout the year in 4 week blocks.

We tell you exactly what you need to do and how to do it, motivating you to get the best out of your training and yourself. 

  • Learn how to train effectively under expert supervision and guidance
  • Individualized programs based on your goals and ability with gradual progressions as you improve.
  • Develop mobility, strength, power, metabolic conditioning.
  • Small class sizes in a private training area. Fun and social training environment.

Why should you do Strength Training?

  • Strength training will help you lose fat (more effective than Cardio alone)
  • Decreases blood pressure and improves heart function
  • Improves sleep and reduces chronic pain
  • Improves hormone levels and reproduction function
  • Increase endurance ability in athletes

Classes take place on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 13:00-14:00 or 17:00-18:00.  Each course is four weeks in duration.  Spaces are limited.

The minimum amount of classes which can be booked is Eight. It is usually possible to swap between lunchtime and evening time classes but please make clear which classes you will be attending on your booking form. Injuries and people who have never trained before can be catered for. All places must be booked and paid for at reception before the start of the course.
